Days 3 & 4
The past two days, I've successfully logged in both of my DDPY workouts. I've also added in a custom workout for each day. I figure if we're going for walks every day, I might as well be tracking it, right?!?!? As long as I've been doing DDPY, I've struggled with getting my heart rate into the "green" zone. That's where it should, be not too high, not too low. On Day 4 I did my workout without really looking at the screen. I knew the workout so I'd done all the moves before. I basically listened to DDP through the session. Big reveal....my heart rate was in the green for soooo much longer! I put my effort into the exercises and not into checking the screen all the time!!! Woot woot!!! Finally took my before pics and posted them in the DDPY app. Hard to look at. At some point, I may post them here.....
