Keep on Keeping on
I don't know why staying consistent with exercise is such a task for me. It's not that I don't WANT to workout, I actually do. But, I let myself get tied down with being tired by the time I have time to do DDPY. It doesn't help that our front living room window is wide open because the dog chewed up the curtains and we haven't gotten the new ones up yet. Hopefully we will this weekend. I don't need the whole neighborhood watching me exercise. I feel like knowing what is right and should be done vs actually doing it is an ongoing challenge in so many aspects of my life. Not sure how to change that but I'm going to head in that direction. Do or Do Not, there is no try!!!
