100 day Challenge-update
I did 40 days in a row of some type of DDP workout. Some, I was fully engaged and burning calories, others I just had time to do Breathing 2.0 but I did something....for 40 days!!!! That streak ended last night. I had two late nights (Cub Scout and Scouts BSA) in a row which wreaks havoc on my system and when I got home last night, I didn't even THINK of working out. My body and my brain we straight to bed/sleep. That being said, I'm not going to let this derail me. It's going to motivate me to pick myself up and start over! 99/100 days of DDPY, here I come!!!
