100 day Challenge-update

I did 40 days in a row of some type of DDP workout.  Some, I was fully engaged and burning calories, others I just had time to do Breathing 2.0 but I did something....for 40 days!!!!  That streak ended last night.  I had two late nights (Cub Scout and Scouts BSA) in a row which wreaks havoc on my system and when I got home last night, I didn't even THINK of working out.  My body and my brain we straight to bed/sleep.  That being said, I'm not going to let this derail me.  It's going to motivate me to pick myself up and start over!  99/100 days of DDPY, here I come!!!

Yowza!

Somehow, by the grace of God, I've done a workout - some better and more engaged than others - everyday this year.  It just seems like a part of my daily routine now.  Nothing more, nothing less.  BUT, I haven't really lost any size or weight.  It's true what they say, weight control is 80% diet and 20% exercise.  It's time to change up the 80%.  We're getting some new Pampered Chef kitchen tools that should be instrumental in helping me get to where I want to be!  I'm gonna just keep on, keeping on...one foot in front of the other.
